I have to leave a one star since Google doesn’t allow anything less. When I heard negative feedback before we joined - we should have listened. This place is dirty and inconsistent. You pay $100 a month to get there and be limited on using anything. You have to watch your kids close because there’s constantly trash inside and outside. When approaching management with issues they didn’t give a single care about anything we had to say, rolling their eyes, being argumentative and speaking over us. So it’s clear they’re only there to hear themselves talk vs what’s happening. We mentioned it being dirty and was told “that’s not true we have 16 year olds cleaning the place every morning” and apparently that’s enough! The child care is a joke. There’s one camera in the whole area to watch kids which seems to be the only child care when we toured we didn’t see a single staff member watching the kids, no one in the toddler room where toddlers were. Super safe. If there’s issues and the pools are down/inaccessible they don’t let anyone know. No signs. Nothing posted anywhere. Just show up and waste your time. We absolutely love the staff at both Y locations in Youngstown! Abd I mean, all of the camp and school counselors are amazing. Very friendly and they make sure to build a bond with your child. My son has been going for years !

I absolutely love the Davis family YMCA My kids love it My 7-year-old never wants to leave the pool and my 6-month-old can actually go in daycare That's the amazing thing about this place they offer 2 hours of daycare a day with your membership so you can actually go up there with your kids put them in the daycare go work out go get in the hot tub go get the sauna whatever you want to do and that's the only time I ever have a sitter so I really appreciate that they do that! Staff are super helpful lifeguards are super friendly and very observant I feel that my kids are safe there and that's the most important thing thank you YMCA!!

We love the YMCA! So thankful there is one in our community. It’s the perfect place for my toddler to learn and grow and she has because of their great programs and daycare. We did little learner’s before starting preschool and it was great! The teachers, Olivia and Jazmin, were wonderful. My daughter’s transition to preschool was perfect and I feel like this program really helped what that. If you’re looking for a preschool-readiness program for your little one sign up for this 🙃

This is the best YMCA I’ve ever been to. Lots of things for children to do. Child care hours are better than any other gym I’ve been to. Lots of work out equipment here too.
